TIM DUDLEY

Broker/President

  • Tim Dudley, Certified Auctioneer and Associate Broker at KW Commercial, is experienced in the sale and valuation of commercial real estate. Some of the properties that Mr. Dudley has sold office buildings, manufacturing facilities, shopping centers, single and multi-family properties, resort properties, timberland and agricultural tracts, and more. 

  • He has worked with many regional and national banks and corporate clients, conducted transactions in more than 20 states. 

  • Mr. Dudley has provided expert witness testimony in several jurisdictions of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court. 

  • Mr. Dudley former director and past president of the Virginia Auctioneers Association (VAA), a Virginia State Champion Auctioneer, and in the VAA Hall of Fame (2014).

  • Mr. Dudley has received SVN Partners Circle Awards from 2013-2018, as a top 20 producing Advisor while working in the SVN National Network. He was also awarded the 2015 CoStar Power Broker award for being a top broker in the Richmond market.

CHERYL DUDLEY

CFO

  • Cheryl is the Property Manager and Licensed Real Estate Agent for our property management division. She has over 20 years of experience in real estate.

  • Cheryl has her B.A. Degree in Business Management from Averett University and her MBA from Liberty University.

  • Cheryl works closely with Dudley Resources team of professionals handling marketing, accounting, finance, human resources, and business development.

  • Cheryl is a member of NARPM, National Association of Residential Property Management as well as IREM, Institute of Real Estate Management. These associations provide continuing education opportunities and updates on legal changes and technological developments to ensure top quality service and continuing improvements to clients.

  • She was former General Manager of Fox & Associates, a large real estate auction firm in Virginia Beach, VA.

  • Prior to working in Real Estate, Cheryl worked as an Environmental Chemist. She served as Head Chemist in Central Virginia Laboratories and Consultants and Assistant Chemist with the City of Lynchburg Utilities

RICHARD BRYAN

Senior Advisor

  • Senior Advisor focusing on commercial real estate throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.

  • Worked extensively with owners, investors, and buyers to sell and acquire a wide variety of different commercial assets Experience includes a variety of roles within the CRE community, including brokerage services, real estate operations services, as well as real estate analytics.

  • Education: Hamilton College, B.A., Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, M.B.A.

CHIP JONES

Senior Advisor

  • Chip Jones grew up in Hanover VA, a graduate of Atlee High School, received a B.A. Degree in Business Management from Longwood University.He has represented clients for more than 17 years with all things real estate.

  • Chip resides in Kill Devil Hills, NC has an office in Richmond providing a powerful resource to clients in both the NC and VA markets.

  • Chip Jones was awarded the 2019 VA State Champion Auctioneer, and a 4th place finish in the World Automobile Auctioneer Championships - Ringman Competition.  

  • Chip has earned his CAI certification, the most prestigious designation offered by the National Auctioneers Association.

  • Chip is an active member of the National Auctioneers Association (NAA), and currently serves on the board of directors at Virginia Auctioneer Association (VAA).  

  • He is an member of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA), National Association of Realtors (NAR), and the Virginia Association of Realtors(VAR).

TRAE DUDLEY

Field Service Manager

  • Timothy (Trae) Dudley is Field Service Director for Dudley Resources.

  • He is responsible for handling property inspections, taking property photos for marketing and condition reporting, installing signage, lockboxes, and showing properties to prospective renters or buyers.

  • Trae is an Auctioneer as well as an experienced Ringman, working the crowd at auctions, assisting buyers at auctions, helping the auctioneer to catch bids, and keeping the auction running smoothly.

  • Trae is a graduate of Mendenhall School of Auctioneering and completed Moseley Real Estate School for his Real Estate License. 

JOSHUA PRESTON

Marketing Director

  • Joshua Preston is the Marketing Director for Dudley Resources.  Joshua has over 15 years of experience in social media marketing.

  • Joshua received a B.A. in Business Management from Virginia Commonwealth University.

  • Joshua is responsible for website development and management, social media branding and media communications.

  • He manages all marketing for Dudley Resource divisions: brokerage, auctions & management and maintains a presence over a variety of media channels and social media including Business websites, Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, Twitter, Google, our All Things Real Estate Podcast.  

  • Josh has an extensive background in sales including winning multiple sales awards for his work as a sales consultant with Verizon Wireless.

Jerry Hoyt

Certified Appraiser

  • Jerry Hoyt is a certified appraiser with over 25 years in the valuation business. 

  • He has valued billions of dollars of commercial and industrial assets. 

  • He worked for the largest auction company in the state of Virginia for over 20 years where he became their senior appraiser. 

  • He has been working with RK Valuations as a private contractor for over 2 years appraising a variety of assets. 

  • Mr. Hoyt has over 30 years of expert testimony experience which continues to help his clients needing litigation services.
